Puro Handsome Barber Shop
A custom mobile-first WordPress experience for Puro Handsome that combines barber profiles, service discovery, consultations, and booking with deep Square integration and a streamlined customer experience.
I designed and developed a custom WordPress platform for Puro Handsome with a strong focus on mobile usability and simplifying the path from discovering a barber to booking an appointment.
The site includes a custom multi-barber booking architecture integrated with Square, allowing each barber to use a shared Square account, their own Square connection, or an external booking link. Services, locations, team members, pricing, and availability can be mapped independently for each barber while still being managed through one WordPress system.
I also built a custom consultation workflow that allows clients to submit consultation requests and upload reference photos directly from their phones. Requests are organized in a mobile-friendly consultation inbox so the barber can review them without needing to work inside the traditional WordPress admin area.
Other custom functionality includes barber-specific service filtering, Square catalog synchronization, duplicate-service handling, mobile-optimized forms, model application integration, and a custom administration interface designed to keep day-to-day management simple.
The result is a site that functions less like a traditional brochure website and more like a purpose-built booking and client-management application for the business.
